This Policy applies to all users of Car Now 365 Services — including searching, posting, and managing ads, using user accounts, communication, payments, and support. We collect data you provide, data generated by using the Services, through cookies and similar technologies, as well as data from public or partner sources.

• Identification and contact data (e.g., name, surname, address, phone, email)

• Account data (e.g., username, profile picture, settings)

• Content you post: ads (text, images, VIN), messages, reviews, saved searches and vehicles

• Data for executing paid features (e.g., order data, payment status; we do not store payment card data, it is processed by a partner processor)

• Voluntary data in communication with support or through contact forms

• Usage data: search history, ad views, interactions

• General location data (based on IP address) and — with your permission — precise device location

• Technical data: IP address, device/browser/OS type and version, language settings, device identifiers, access time, referrer URL

• IP info – processing IP addresses for geolocation and network security

• Google Maps / Geocoding API – converting addresses to coordinates and vice versa

• Open AI API – processing user text for translations or automation (we do not share additional personal data)

• WSP ay (EU/RS) – payment processor; card data is processed and stored only on their side, according to PCI DSS standard

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will apply appropriate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional technical and organizational measures, in accordance with GDPR.

Messages exchanged through the Car Now 365 system may be automatically filtered (e.g., for spam, fraud). In justified cases, support may perform a limited review for security and compliance with the Terms of Use.

Use of the Platform is not allowed for individuals under 16 years of age (or lower limit where prescribed by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If you stay logged in on a shared device, other users of that device may have access to your account or part of the content. We recommend logging out and deleting cookies after use.
